The Hilltop Neighborhood Association thrives on the active participation of its members and the wider community to ensure the success of its events and initiatives. Annually, we organize three major events that unite the neighborhood and families, all of which heavily depend on the generous support of sponsors and volunteers. These occasions offer an invaluable opportunity for local businesses to engage with the community and demonstrate their commitment to neighborhood vitality. Please note that event schedules are subject to adjustments, with dates being set at the beginning of each year.

Sponsoring a neighborhood event presents a prime avenue for local businesses to enhance their visibility within the community while contributing to the vibrancy of our Association's endeavors. Sponsorships are acknowledged through various means, including:

• Featuring the sponsor's name, logo, and a link or QR Code to their website on event-related materials, such as banners, yard signs, window posters, flyers, and the Neighborhood Association's website.

• Highlighting sponsors in all forms of promotional content for events, activities, or programs across our communication channels, including our monthly newsletter, Instagram, Facebook, and Nextdoor.

• Sponsors can set up a booth during events to interact with attendees, showcase or hand out company materials, and offer one promotional item.

• Acknowledgment across our website in all sponsorship-related areas, including the homepage and business resources section.
