Sponsorship Opportunities

The Hilltop Neighborhood Association thrives on the active participation of its members and the wider community to ensure the success of its events and initiatives. Annually, we organize three major events that unite the neighborhood and families, all of which heavily depend on the generous support of sponsors and volunteers. These occasions offer an invaluable opportunity for local businesses to engage with the community and demonstrate their commitment to neighborhood vitality. Please note that event schedules are subject to adjustments, with dates being set at the beginning of each year.

Sponsoring a neighborhood event presents a prime avenue for local businesses to enhance their visibility within the community while contributing to the vibrancy of our Association's endeavors. Sponsorships are acknowledged through various means, including:

Featuring the sponsor's name, logo, and a link or QR Code to their website on event-related materials, such as banners, yard signs, window posters, flyers, and the Neighborhood Association's website.
Highlighting sponsors in all forms of promotional content for events, activities, or programs across our communication channels, including our monthly newsletter, Instagram, Facebook, and Nextdoor.
Sponsors can set up a booth during events to interact with attendees, showcase or hand out company materials, and offer one promotional item.
Acknowledgment across our website in all sponsorship-related areas, including the homepage and business resources section.

2024 Event Details are Pending

There are three main events scheduled throughout the year that the Neighborhood Association organizes for the families of Hilltop and surrounding neighborhoods. All events rely significantly on sponsors and volunteers for funding to achieve goals and provide amenities to these events. These events provide a great way for local businesses to connect with the neighborhood and show engagement in the community. Events and dates are subject to change.

Family Movie Night

$1,500 Sponsorship Fee | Limit 4 Sponsors

Three events over the course of the summer, typically June, July, and August. Fewer events will reduce sponsorship requirement.
Each event draws at least 200 attendees from surrounding neighborhoods, including Lowry, Crestmoor, Cherry Creek, and Park Hill, but mostly Hilltop.
All events are located at Robinson Park.

Halloween Parade

$400 Sponsorship Fee | Limit 10 Sponsors

Takes place on or around Halloween.
Each event typically draws a minimum of 500 attendees, mostly from Hilltop.
All events start at Cranmer Park and end at Robinson Park. The association provides food and beverage for attendees.

Concert in the Park

$500 Sponsorship Fee | Limit 6 Sponsors

Coincides with the date of the City of Glendale’s fireworks display.
Each event typically draws a minimum of 800 attendees, as the view of fireworks from the pavilion brings in neighbors from a large radius around Hilltop.
All events located at Cranmer Park.
