Marjorie Ann Watson

With over 15 years of experience in residential real estate, Marjorie off ers her expertise to clients buying and selling homes in Teller, El Paso, Douglas and Elbert counties in Colorado.
Marjorie is well-known for being a compassionate, caring and dedicated advocate for her clients, who appreciate her extensive real estate knowledge and caring approach.
Marjorie is meticulous, honest and extremely protective of her clients. She is proud to help them navigate what is likely their largest fi nancial transaction. Aided by her strong attention to detail, she has an impressive talent for ushering even the most complicated deals to a successful conclusion.
She holds a comprehensive resume of high-level designations that demonstrates her commitment to practicing real estate with uncompromising professionalism, up-to-date knowledge and continued strategic skill development.
As a Colorado native who was born and raised on a cattle ranch in the small Front Range town of Elbert, Marjorie is passionate about helping others fi nd their own perfect piece of her home state. She and her husband live in a log home in Florissant, just outside of Woodland Park, where they enjoy the natural beauty and mountain serenity of Teller County.
Prior to her real estate career, Marjorie worked as a paralegal in family law, real estate law and insurance in the States of Texas and Colorado. She also owned her own concrete and tile companies. These experiences have given her a wide knowledge base in construction & law.
When she isn’t working, Marjorie enjoys traveling, camping, hiking and spending time with her husband, adult children and her grandchildren.
Colton Harris

For broker Colton, his favorite part of his job is seeing the joy on his clients’ faces when he helps them find their perfect homes. Representing buyers and sellers in Denver, Boulder, Colorado Springs, and across the Front Range, Colton strives to achieve those memorable moments with his unwavering commitment to providing expert guidance that is transparent, responsive, and solutions-oriented. Clients know that Colton always has their best interests in mind, and he consistently earns their trust with a seamless process and successful outcomes.
Owing to his mother’s real estate career, Colton became fascinated by architecture and design at a young age. Before entering the industry, his work as a cardiac technician helped him develop the patience, empathy, and communication skills he leverages as a real estate broker. Colton has been duly recognized in the business, receiving the Pathways to Homeownership Award from the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS® (DMAR) in its first year of being presented. The award recognizes members who devote their time, businesses, and lives to helping underserved communities.
Colton also holds a bevy of designations, including At Home With Diversity® (AHWD), whose diversity initiatives help agents gain a competitive edge; Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), which adds value by thoroughly and accurately assessing a home’s worth; and Short Sales and Foreclosures Resource (SFR®), a designation earned through the elite National Association of REALTORS® and which imparts a rigorous understanding of distressed property transactions.
Colton was born in Texas and grew up in Colorado at a very early age. He has lived in Denver since 2011 where he currently resides in the Hilltop neighborhood. In his free time, you might find Colton enjoying Colorado’s great outdoors or rafting or hiking with his beloved Shiba Inus, Ralph and Rufus. An ardent traveler, he has prioritized visiting the modern-day Seven Wonders of the World.
