We are happy to report on the progress of a development we first shared with neighbors in March of 2018 (see Denver Business Journal here).  At that point it was an as yet to be named project but today The Hilltop Reserve held a ground breaking ceremony at the construction site hosted by the development team of Focus Property Group and Ascent Living Communities and their partners, Catamount Constructors.  Construction on the 200-unit senior living community project is expected to last two years.
