The Official Map Amendment Planning Board Notice was received on 2/19/2019.  Public hearing is set for Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at 3pm in the Parr-Widener Community Room (#389), City & County Bldg at 1437 Bannock St.

The applicants are asking to change the zoning from E-SU-D to E-TU-C.  This will allow them to build two duplexes.  Our board has been in contact with the immediate neighbors, the developer has met with them and has sent us drawings of the proposed buildings.  This has also been discussed at several meetings.  There has been no objection to this proposal from neighbors or our Committee in the past.

Our Zoning Committee has been following the progress of this application,  working with nearby neighbors since the first application in January of 2018 and will submit a letter of support to the Planning Board from our Association and attend the public hearing to speak regarding the Association’s position.  Please see more information here.
