Colorado-based specialty grocery store Clark’s Market will join Target as the co-anchor tenant for the Exchange at Boulevard One in Lowry. Known for offering natural, organic and gourmet products in their stores in many mountain communities, this location will be Clark’s Market seventh location in Colorado and their first in the Denver market.  Read about the announcement in Mile High CRE here.
