Please join us as we meet with representatives from Continuum Partners, the newly chosen developer for the 9^th   Ave. &Colorado Blvd. site.  They will talk about their plans for this redevelopment along with a likely timetable for closing, demolition and construction.

 We will also hear from Denise Sanderson about plans for the restoration of the Cranmer Park Sundial and Plaza.
