announced. Developer East-West Partners promise a “vibrant, mixed-use community” and are introducing us to Cherry Creek West here on their website.   Adios to the empty buildings west of the Cherry Creek Mall.  See the story in the Nov 18, 2021 edition of the Denver Post here.

East-West Partners are also developing a property in the 9+CO development at the former CU Health Sciences campus and have reached out to neighboring RNOs (including ours) to share their plans.  We hope to have that meeting in early December and then report back to the neighborhood.
