We will be discussing The Sembler Company’s Redevelopment plan for 9^th and Colorado and concerns regarding traffic circulation and street design. The meeting is being scheduled on very short notice to address residents’ concerns and offer time before the next regular meeting of the CBHD which is on January 5^th from 4-6 on the National Jewish Health campus.
