The results of the 2020 Census will help determine how federal funding flows into our community in the next decade – including planning and funding for infrastructure, transit and highway construction, healthcare, programs for displaced workers and educational programs. It will also determine congressional representation. It is important to accurately count our communities and report that data! Unfortunately, federal officials recently changed the deadline to the end of September, a month earlier that previously announced and there is misinformation being shared about the 2020 Census.
