Dear stakeholder & interested citizens,
The City and County of Denver supports educational opportunities that increase compliance of Denver’s short-term rental rules and regulations. Mile High Hosts will hold its fourth annual Good Neighbor Summit next month.
Whether you are a current or prospective short-term rental host in Denver, this year’s event will provide information from hosting professionals, Visit Denver, Airbnb, VRBO, and AirDNA about local and global travel trends and how to thrive post-pandemic.
The event will be held on Saturday, Nov. 12 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Space Annex Gallery (95 S. Cherokee St. in Denver). Mile High Hosts is a local group with representation on Denver’s Short-Term Rental Advisory Committee that works toward positive city impact, responsible hosting, community and neighbor relations, and increased economic opportunity.
Early-bird tickets are $29 and can be purchased on Eventbrite through Friday, Oct. 28. Full-price tickets are $45. The event is limited to 150 people. Lunch will be provided.
Feel free to share this message with any other interested stakeholders and encourage them to sign up for the short-term rentals informational bulletin for news and updates as they become available.
