Notice is hereby given that the Department of Parks & Recreation (DPR) for the City & County of Denver is proposing to update the Rules & Regulations governing  Park Use, Forestry Review/Inspection Fees, and Forestry Tree Planting/Care. Updates are needed to enhance user transparency, streamline language across policies, laws, and rules, and to expand healthy park activities while protecting park assets and user safety.

A copy of the current Park Use Rules, along with the proposed revised rules, the current Forestry Review/Inspection Fee Rules and the proposed revised rules, and the current Forestry Tree Planting/Care Rules and the proposed revised rules, are on file with the Manager of Parks & Recreation and accessible through the DPR website atdenvergov.org/parkrules.
