Annual meeting & Board Elections for the Civic Association.  Agenda is in formation but we can tell you we have arranged for a Crime & Safety oriented program due to concerns of neighbors regarding this issue.  Paul Pazen, the newly appointed DPD Chief has accepted our invitation and will take questions from attendees.  Our neighborhood CRO, Officer Mike Borquez will attend to provide an update on crime statistics for Hilltop specifically and offer crime prevention tips.  We’ve asked our City Council Representative Mary Beth Susman and our HD 6 State Rep Chris Hansen to provide a brief pro/con presentation of a few of the initiatives on the November ballot.  Committee reports will be made, including an update on the Holly Street rezoning application, and Directors will be elected to serve until 2021 or possibly serve remainder of another term vacated by a Director.  Get involved!  Nominations for Directors may be sent to [email protected] or sent to P.O.
