Name District 3 Denver Police Department Category Community Meetings

District 3 Citizen’s Advisory Board Meeting

How to Get Involved in Your Community

Community group involvement keeps you informed about the specific issues and important events in your neighborhood. Crime prevention in your specific neighborhood can be molded by your active role in the decision making process often spearheaded by organized neighborhood associations.

The Citizen’s Advisory Board (CAB) meeting is designed for your community. Not only do you hear about the statistics for the entire district, you also get to ask the Commander your specific questions. It’s a great opportunity to meet your local Denver Police officers, while staying informed.

Everyone is welcome and encouraged to participate on Tuesday, October 4th at 6 pm for DPD District 3’s  Community Meeting with Commander Aragon and our Law Enforcement Leadership (CAB).  Learn, in detail, about your neighborhood’s crime stats and what crime trends Officers would like you to be aware of.  Questions and comments can be asked at the end of this meeting.

Prior to CAB from 5pm to 6pm CRO’s will be answering questions so this is a great time to attend to ask your specific questions/address your specific concerns.

District 3 CAB meetings are held at 6PM on the 1st Tuesday of each month – typically at the district station (excluding holidays) – but under the Stay At Home Orders, they are now available on line. If you would like an ASL interpreter, please email us at [email protected] at least three business days prior to the meeting. Meeting reminders are also posted on Nextdoor.com.

The link to the virtual meeting will be posted as soon as we receive it.
