Conversation on Race and Zoning in Denver

Councilwoman Robin Kniech invites you to a Conversation on Race and Zoning in Denver: Past and Present. This virtual panel discussion will focus on the history and present racial disparities involved in limits on how many adults can live together in a Denver home, and on where congregate residential care can be built — including racial disparities in who needs these services and the impacts when they cannot be built in our City.

Panelists:
- Prentiss A. Dantzler, Assistant Professor of Urban Studies focusing on housing, race & community development (formerly at Colorado College).
- Marisa A. Zapata, Associate Professor of land-use planning focusing on creating racially just futures.
