A Large Development Review (LDR) application has been submitted to the City of Denver for the redevelopment of approximately 13 acres near the intersection of University Boulevard and 1st Avenue, known as Cherry Creek West. This is a required Community Information Meeting for the developer to share the redevelopment concept and to ensure that the community is informed about what is being proposed in the area.

This meeting is an opportunity for the developer, East West Partners, to present details about the development concept and to ensure that the community is informed about what is being proposed in the area for Cherry Creek West.
