Continuum Partners, the developers of 9+CO project invite you to a “blue sky + green grass shindig” from 11am – 5pm on September 22nd to celebrate the opening of Hale Park, Theo Luxury Residences, and additional 9+CO project milestones.  Learn what 9+CO has to offer, including new restaurants, shops, entertainment, apartments, town homes, condos, and senior apartments.  Meet some of our new neighbors such as Clean Juice, Postino WineCafe, Zoe’s Kitchen, Chase Bank, Bellco Credit Union, and more.  Dance to the beat of live music or simply enjoy the music to your ears while you shop, sip, paint, and much.  While the band takes a break, get your groove on at the Swallow Hill Music Instrument Petting Zoo. This is a hands-on experience for kids and adults – led by a knowledgeable staff of ‘Zookeepers.’  The entire family can try out ukuleles, hand drums, guitars, mandolins, banjos, mini-pianos, and more.

Indulge in a mouthwatering lineup of food trucks featuring a variety of flavors.  Neighborhood favorites La Fillette Bakery and Noble Hog Charcuterie will offer eat-now and take-home delicacies. Clean Juice, Postino WineCafe, and Steep Tea & Coffee will serve hot and cold beverages to quench your thirst.

Hale Park is located at 10th & Albion.  Free parking in the garage at 11th & Colorado. Bike parking will be available, remember to bring your lock.
