Holly Street Redevelopment, i.e., Green Flats – Update
Our Civic Association received notice that the rezoning application process for this proposed redev has resumed following a mediation with the neighbors involved. We have a new public hearing date and drawings to share with you. READ MORE HERE
Traffic Meeting October 9
A meeting has been arranged by our Councilwoman, Mary Beth Susman, to address concerns about the recent traffic management and infrastructure changes at 6th & Ash Street.
District 5 Fall Town Hall Meeting October 11
Councilwoman Mary Beth Susman’s Fall Town Hall is set for October 11th from 6-8 pm at Augustana Lutheran Church, 5000 E Alameda Ave.
Civic Association Annual Meeting & Board Elections October 25
Annual meeting & Board Elections for the Civic Association. Our new Chief of Police, Paul Pazen, will attend to hear concerns & there will be an update on crime statistics for Hilltop specifically, plus crime prevention tips. Our City Council Rep Mary Beth Susman and State Rep Chris Hansen will give us a brief pro/con presentation of a few of the initiatives on the November ballot. Committee reports will be made, including a discussion of the Green Flats, and Directors will be elected. Get involved! Nominations for Directors may be sent to [email protected] or sent to P.O. Box 201142, Denver, CO 80220 and must be received 5 days prior to meeting. Please use Board-Nominee-Form accompanied by a personal note or letter (optional).
Halloween Parade October 28
