Coffee with a Cop is a great way to get to know our local officers and talk about topics that matter to you in a casual way. This month’s takes place on Wednesday, Nov 9th at Nixon’s Coffee House, 695 E. Louisiana Ave from 10am – noon.
Community Crime Prevention Coalition Meeting takes place Nov 30 at 6pm at Wings Over the Rockies – Join Chief Ron Thomas and District 3 Commander Carlos Aragon for an informative and interactive meeting regarding plans to enhance safety in Denver Police District 3. This meeting is free and open to all.
We were excited to learn of new 9+CO neighbors including Tarra, Zoma Lab, and (coming soon) Datura Home and a second location of the wonderful Le French Bakery & Cafe. City Councilwoman Sawyer held a virtual community meeting on Nov 1 to hear ideas and input from neighbors on possible future improvements to Lindsley Park (located in the nearby Hale neighborhood). STROLL Hilltop Appreciation Day – takes place Sunday, Nov 13, from 2 – 5 pm. Stroll Hilltop photographer, Noelle Williams, is offering 5-minute mini sessions at her studio for Hilltop families, couples, individuals, and/or your business staff. One digital file will be gifted, and complimentary mimosas and light snacks will be provided. A holiday themed set is provided. The sessions are first come, first serve, but please RSVP so they can plan accordingly and provide you with the address of the session.
