Local Government:
Denver’s Transportation Future – Don’t forget to provide your input to the Denver Moves Everyone 2050 Initiative to help shape Denver’s transportation future by completing this survey.

6th Ave. Traffic Study – Our District 5 Office will be conducting another traffic study similar to the one done on 8th Ave. for 6th Ave. between Colorado Blvd. and Quebec St.. Click on the link to register for the 1st Community Meeting to be held on Tuesday, January 25th, 5:30-6:30pm.

City Council Redistricting – See how you can get involved in the redistricting of the Denver City Council this month. The final updated maps are expected to be approved this March.

Parks and Recreation:
Robinson Park Playground Repairs – Beginning Monday, Jan. 3rd, Halcyon Construction started performing repairs to sections of the playground at Robinson Park. These repairs will require temporary construction fencing and partial closure of play equipment (primarily around the age 5-12 play structure). The hope is to have the playground fully open within a few weeks.

Denver Jewish Film Festival – Check out all things regarding the Denver Jewish Film Festival this year. Tickets go on sale January 12th at 10:00am!

Zoning/Development:
9+CO Development Update – Our Civic Association was recently invited to meet with representatives of East-West Partners, the developer of a 253 unit (for sale) condo project at 990 Ash Street, a site in the 9+CO development.  The project, currently under design, will have 17 floors and is expected to open in 2025.
