Landmark Designation Sought. An application has been made for Landmark designation of an iconic Hilltop residence, donated to the City and County of Denver in 1998. Your Association Board thinks it would great to have another Historic Landmark in the neighborhood and we are currently soliciting feedback from the neighbors. READ MORE HERE
Holly Street (i.e. Green Flats Project) Rezoning Conclusion
The rezoning application for a 23 unit condominium on So. Holly St (adjacent to Novo Coffee/ Park Burger) had its final public hearing on Monday, Jan. 7 before the full Denver City Council. READ MORE HERE

Ice Climbing in Civic Center Park
Civic Center Park will be transformed into Barbegazi, a free winter festival complete with axe throwing, a huge ice maze, a 300-foot-long Fat Tire biking course, a snowball target range, and a 50-foot sheer ice wall for the Ice Climbing World Cup Finals competition Feb 22 -24. Food trucks, an ice bar, beer garden, music and fire pits will also be included. READ MORE HERE
Steck Elementary Enthusiasts
Parents, Caregivers and Friends are invited to gather at Thirsty Lion in Cherry Creek to canvass the Shopping District for donations for the annual Reach for the Stars Steck Auction Saturday, Feb 9 at 10am. READ MORE HERE
