Restaurant News Sorry to see Novo Coffee close their shop on Holly Street but a new sushi restaurant is rumored to be coming to that spot.  We’ll try to keep you posted as we learn more.  Much anticipated Frank & Roze has opened in the 9+CO development. The coffee-bar and cafe serves ethically-sourced espresso beverages and a menu developed by Denver restaurateur and chef Tom Coohill that includes breakfast, lunch and small plate options, in addition to ready-to-go selections.  And we are looking forward to Aussie-inspired Chook Charcoal Chicken, a partnership of Hilltop resident Adam Schlegel, chef Alex Seidel and barman Randy Layman opening this month at Birch and 8th Avenue. Lots to look forward to!
