Local Government:
New Trash Collection Routes – Beginning this January Denver’s Department of Transportation and Infrastructure will implement new routes for trash pickup as a way to address challenges around driver shortages.8th and 6th Ave. Traffic Calming Studies – Draft recommendations have been made for relatively inexpensive fixes between Colorado Blvd. and Quebec St. along 8th Ave. A similar initiative had begun for 6th Ave. Stay tuned for more details.

Board of Adjustment Hearing – Notice for a Board of Adjustment Hearing for Case #107-2021 (181 N. Dexter Street) is scheduled to be heard on December 14, 2021 at 9:00AM.

Parks and Recreation:
Winter Watering Guide – Denver Parks & Recreation has provided some helpful tips on protecting your newly planted trees this winter.

9+CO Holiday Events – Lots of fun holiday events happening at the 9+CO development this year including caroling, a tree lot and photos with Santa and your furry friend with proceeds benefiting the Denver Dumb Friends League.

New Development in Cherry Creek – To our west in Cherry Creek, a $1 Billion development from Cherry Creek to 1st Avenue and Clayton Street to University was just announced.
