Residential street sweeping began April 2. Street sweeping plays a critical role in keeping Denver’s streets, air and water clean.  For those who need help remembering street sweeping day, there are some tools out there! Open House for Hale Parkway Concept  April 10

Candidate Forum April 16
Cranmer Park/Hilltop Civic Association and Bellevue-Hale Neighborhood Association co-host a forum at Hill Campus of Arts & Sciences on Tuesday, April 16 at 6:30 pmfor the candidates seeking the District 5 Denver City Council seat. Additionally, we will take a closer look at Ballot Initiative 300 with a pro and con speaker and provide time for neighbors to ask questions.   READ MORE HERE

RISE Collaborative Grand Opening April 17
RISE Collaborative is celebrating their grand opening on Wednesday, April 17th. Located on the corner of 7th and Colorado Blvd, RISE Collaborative is a workspace for professional women with the flexibility of a coffee shop but the polish of a corner office. Human | Nature Exhibition begins April 19
Sculptures from the Craig Ponzio Sculpture Collection explore the human form in both classical and abstract styles against the backdrop of the Denver Botanic Gardens’ diverse botanical environments from April 19 – September 15.  READ MORE HERE

Earth Day Celebration for Children April 20
Celebrate Earth Day at the Children’s Museum of Denver with Healthy Planet Hero Stations all about our big, beautiful planet. Activities included with Museum admission, members are free!  READ MORE HERE

Wild Earth Day April 22  
Celebrate WILD Earth Day at the Wild Animal Sanctuary in Keenseburg.  They are inviting visitors to bring potted trees to donate to the Sanctuary’s animal habitats.  Each person who brings a plantable tree will receive free admission April 22.   READ MORE HERE

Arbor Day Tree Sale April 26
Plant a tree in honor of Arbor Day with help from The Park People.  The Park People’s annual Arbor Day Tree Sale offers highly discounted rates on trees with beautiful flowers, fruit, and fall color!  By shopping this sale, not only are you getting a great deal, but you are also supporting the costs of the hundreds of trees The Park People distribute to residents each year with their Denver Digs Trees program.  READ MORE HERE
