From Denver Public Health & Environment:
The Denver Department of Public Health and Environment (DDPHE) has compiled emergency food access resources to assist during these uncertain times:
- Denver Metro Emergency Food Network covering school and student meals, Denver Parks and Recreation Center Meals (Tasty Food), SNAP and WIC benefits, food pantry resources, accessing food in quarantine, and a community resources map. This information will be updated on a rolling basis.
- A food pantry list that is being updated real-time with current hours of operation. If you know if any pantry closures, please update the list.
- General COVID-19 Resources are available on the City’s website.
Please share these resources widely. If you have any questions or are an emergency food provider with resource needs (e.g. funding, volunteers, food, supplies, etc.), please reach out by emailing [email protected].
Additionally, if you would like to help families with extra support during these challenging times, The Denver Public Schools Foundation has a fund to help with food security needs for DPS students.
