Demolition will take approximately 3‐4 months to complete. During this time, 9th Avenue will be closed to thru traffic between Colorado Blvd and Bellaire Street. Sidewalks under the bridge will be closed at this time as well.  Pedestrian access will be available along Albion Street, 10th Avenue and Ash Street, through Hale Park. RTD is temporally re-routi?ng buses down Bellaire Street and 8th Avenue.
