  • District 3 is offering a Virtual Neighborhood Watch Action and Awareness Training – Thursday, April 30th at 6 pm –  Email your CRO to receive the link and instructions to participate in this Video Conference ( Officer Matthew [email protected] and Officer Borquez mike.borquez@denvergov.org. )This is the first time our District 3 CRO’s have conducted a virtual training.  What a great opportunity for neighbors to learn about the most effective ways to observe and report suspicious activity.
  • Rise in Theft of Motor Vehicle Across District 3: Officers in District 3 have seen a large increase in auto thefts. In an effort to help you protect your vehicle, District 3 is giving away free steering wheel clubs to residents who own the following vehicles: • Honda Civics and Accords, years 1993 to 2000 • Jeep Cherokee, years 1995 to 2001 • Chevrolet Trucks and SUV’s, years 2000-2005 • Ford F250, years 2000 to 2005.   If you own one of these vehicles and live in District 3, please email [email protected] to arrange to get your free steering wheel club.
  • With warmer weather, less car traffic on the roads and COVID-19 Stay At Home orders, many of us are dusting off our bicycles and getting out for rides.  Now is a great time to register your bikes.  Many stolen bikes were returned to their owners in District 3 last year, but only because those bikes were registered.  Registering your bike is simple, go the denvergov.org/police – click on the link on the right side of the page “Bicycle Registration” – it only takes a few minutes!
