The Cherry Creek East Association Board has been asked to support a rezoning request related to creating a Village Center at the intersection of Madison and Bayaud. Under the proposal, properties on the northeast and southeast corners would be rezoned from 3 story mixed use to 5 story mixed use.  Approval of rezoning will create opportunities for underground parking and preserve the street level for shops, restaurants, and other neighbor serving businesses.
