Our neighbor to the north, 9+CO, has several new tenants who have opened up or are opening up this Spring 2020.  TruFusion studio gym concept, Clean Juice, The Joint Chiropractic, and Frank & Roze, a new concept coffee and wine bar are located at Theo, 9+CO’s first residential building.  Following these new businesses soon is Pizzeria Locale – a sister restaurant of Frasca Food & Wine.  On Block 4 are Chase Bank, Bellco Credit Union and CVS Pharmacy.

Also opening soon – Cava Grill , Fluff Salon, Elevation Cycles and Sweet Combforts (a dessert shop that serves Belgium Liege waffles on a stick).

The AMC Theatres look like they are close to opening but modern movie theatre construction requires extensive interior work and this is expected to be completed by June of 2020.

Block 8 has two restaurants on the Hale Park – gastropub Culinary Dropout and Blanco Tacos & Tequila, both restaurants from Phoenix-based restauranteur Sam Fox (North Italia in Cherry Creek). Both opening in summer 2021.

Other restaurants: Gelato Boy enthusiasts will be pleased to know they won’t need to drive to Boulder for too much longer – they’ll join Chuy’s, Hopdaddy’s, Postino Wine Cafe and Zoe’s Kitchen in Block 1 at the corner of 8th and Colorado Blvd.

M. Vince Nail Spa, featuring a wine bar and enough manicure and pedicure stations to have a party, is located in Block 2 along with the AMC Theatres opening this summer.
