We just received the information (4/1/) on the scheduled street paving in 2020.  See this link for details.  The Mill & Overlay work on East 1st Avenue and East 3rd Avenue from Holly to Dahlia is underway now. It is a major process where typically the top 2″ of pavement are removed by grinding and replaced with new asphalt. This process adds approximately 12 years to the life of a pavement.  Additionally on those same street sections, ADA ramps and Curb & Gutter construction has been done.
