Solar United Neighbors and the City and County of Denver have partnered to support the Denver Solar Co-op, a vendor-neutral solar bulk-purchasing program to support a streamlined process for home and business owners to go solar. (Denver Post article, CBS4 segment)

Solar United Neighbor’s Colorado program was started with solar co-ops in Fort
Collins and the Yampa Valley earlier this year, so far securing a combined $1.2 million+ of investment and half a megawatt of solar capacity in those communities. They now bring this opportunity to Denver to create jobs, keep energy dollars local, and support the Denver community’s commitment to a sustainable and renewable energy future by making solar more accessible to all.
